Planning Engineering Construction

Red Line

Bristol Farms, purveyor of the finest foods and wines, employed Clarion to design and construct their new Commissary and Food Distribution warehouse in Carson, California.

Using "State of the Art" panel systems, Clarion provided "Turn-key" general construction services to complete the facility in only 120 days. Amongst the many challenges, was moving the existing 8,000 s.f. coolers from Bristol Farms' previous facility to their new facility.

Additionally, the existing second floor mezzanine in the new facility provided minimal clearance and head room for the Cooking and Production Areas, but Clarion's team of experts was able to make the space fully functional.

We at Clarion wish to thank Bristol Farms for their trust and their business.
