T-5 lighting throughout and Rytec "Rapid Roll Self-Repairing" doors are utilized to access each of the refrigerated rooms.

A Watts Radiant underfloor glycol warming system was placed under 8" or Dow Freezermate floor insulation to maintain stable floor temperatures.

Gold Star trucks line up to be loaded with a variety of food products.  Gold Star services 350+ school disctricts throughtout California and Arizona.  Clarion is please to have been the design build contractor on this very fine facility.

The 1001 Columbia project includes over 450,000 s.f. of refrigerated and frozen space with State-of-the-Art thermal systems.

The Wet Produce Cooler has all galvanized racks and continuous floor drains.

Metl-Span panels, Edey exit doors and Rytec self-repairing fast acting cooler doors with ample  bollard protection separate the dock from each of the various coolers.

Heavy-duty pit levelers and insulated dock doors await the first round of trucks.

The exterior is attractive and functional; note the condensers above the engine room.
