The 50 deep and 24 high dock provides ample staging room for the on going shipments. Rite-Hite bi-parting freezer doors, vertical storage levelers with dock-locks and  T-8 Fluorescent lighting add to the efficiency and a high level of safety to the facility.

The 34 clear height allows for 5 high pallet stacking in the freezer.  The 49,100 s.f. storage space is fully convertible from +45F to -20F to accommodate virtually any client.  Metl-Span panels provide superior insulation values for each of the cold spaces.

New State-of-the-Art battery hoisting machine make removing and replacing fork lift batteries a snap.

The exterior of the new cold storage facility is tilt-up concrete to match the adjacent buildings.

All of the dock positions have integrated dock-locks with vertical storage levelers to prevent truck pull away.
