When Steve Gabriel of Mountain Water Ice Company of Carson, California, contemplated his
new ice manufacturing and storage facility, he selected Clarion to be a member of his
construction team. He negotiated with Clarion to perform the insulated panel and
cold storage door package for the entire project.The 70' high insulated penthouse on
the south side of the structure required a 110' crane and an experienced Clarion crew to
set the panels. With steady hand and clockwork-like precision, the job went without
a hitch.

"Dow" floor
and overdeck insulation, Jamison Doors, and Heatway glycol under the floor, highlight this
quality freezer facility. This is the third
construction project performed by Clarion for Mountain Water Ice Company in a seven year
