Clarion provided "Turn-Key" design build services for Veg Fresh Farms in
Anaheim, California. Their new 94,000 s.f. distribution facility included 8,000
s.f. of corporate offices, 40,000 s.f. of cooler, 30,000 s.f. of packaging area, 10,000
s.f. of dry storage, and 6,000 s.f. of dock area. The elaborate corporate offices
include a kitchen, recreation and theater areas, as well as an indoor basketball court.
