Clarion was brought to San Francisco to handle the cold end of this project. Clarion built the freezer, cooler, production room, kitchen prep, and a blast freezer, so Meals on Wheels can make meals from start to finish. Clarion teamed up with the local refrigeration and electrical union to provide a turn-key package.
Covid created its own challenges in the middle of this project, and because this was an essential job, we needed to finish for the future of the community. We want to thank Kitchen Pros for giving us a great project. We also want to thank Plant Construction for working with the Clarion, the guys from out of town.
